Setting the Pace

Out of Breath

We all seem to insist on how busy, busy, busy we constantly are. Let’s put things in perspective: tell us about the craziest, busiest, most hectic day you’ve had in the past decade.

My busiest day in recent years was probably the day the Kynnersley Arms opened. We have a go live time of 6pm and at 9am we still havd fridges to install, tables and chairs to get in. Not to mention stocking up  fridges, programming the till, cleaning up from work which was still going on. Very pressed for time with a limited number of staff, but we just about managed it. Then four line deep crowds appeared at the bar. It was a very tiring long day I can assure,  made easier at the end by the Charlie’s glamourous presence and Lizzie’s sudden ballgown revelation that she had quite an ample bosom.
