Onions. Everything I cook or prepare in some ways will have onions involved somewhere or other. I often cook mince based things as I am often cooking at unusual hours, so don’t have time for long time oven baked dishes and as such Onion adds to texture. When I do get chance to be more creative, I always do a salad which will have Onions in it. What can I say? I like onions.
