What is your earliest memory?
Gosh that is a biggy, I must confess I am not really sure where things chronologically fit into the pattern of my life in my pre-school days. I remember bits and pieces of nursery but the most significant I can recall is being taken in on a day I didn’t normally go on and getting a warm welcome from my then best friend Ryan, whom I nicknamed Bon-Bon because he used to call all Confectionery Bon-Bons. My mum thought that when I talked about Bon-Bon I was talking to an imaginary friend. I also remember being fascinated by the Diggers on the building site across the road and as consequence I was given many digger and construction vechile based toys.
Which way does the toilet paper roll go? Over or under?
Neither it sits upright on the shelf.
What makes you feel grounded?
Erm… I am not really sure what this question means. I guess it was the complicated relationship with Sian, being involved with such a heavily disabled woman perhaps bought the cold harsh light of day to me.
What did you appreciate or what made you smile this past week? Feel free to use a quote, a photo, a story, or even a combination.
Not a lot. It has been a rather uneventful week on the whole. I listened to a few episodes of The Goon Show which made me laugh, in particular “The Scarlet Capsule” which is a pastiche of Quatermass and the Pit.
