- You’re walking in a forest and you find a black suitcase. Inside it is one millions dollars and a piece of paper, stained in blood and bearing the single word “Don’t!” Would you take the suitcase home or leave it? No I don’t as chances are that this could be used in evidence in a case of possible homicide and as such I would summon the Police, and living in England a case of one million dollars would certainly suggest it is more then a case for Dixon of Dock Green.
- Imagine you lapsed and cheated on your partner. You feel horrible and you know you’ll never do it again, because the feeling is so awful. Would you confess? I’d confess, in the long run telling the truth will benefit you and cut a lot further pain and suffering. However it may cause me to examine why I was in the relationship in the first place.
- Would you live your life differently if nobody ever judged you for anything you did? Not really, I have never overly cared what other people have thought- thought I might well have told a few more people to “shove it up your arse.”
- Would a fly without wings be called a walk? No? What would you call it? No because it’d still be called what ever actual name that particular type is called, so it’d still be a Bluebottle or what not. And in answer to that other famous name question, the colour orange is named after the fruit not vice versa, pretty much until the 19th century Orange was simply called red (which is why despite it being orange, the bird is called a Robin Red Breast).
What’s something that brought joy and lightness of being to you this past week?
Catching up with some friends I haven’t seen since last year and “putting the world to rights.”
